1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using meetmagic, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies linked from them, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify registered users of material changes where required.
2. Platform and accounts
meetmagic provides a platform for curated conversations between senior decision-makers, charities, and technology partners. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details confidential, and ensure you have authority to act for the organisation you represent.
3. Membership and credits
Registered users may access services through a membership model. Memberships may require a commitment period, selected tier, and monthly credit purchases. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable unless required by law, and may expire at the end of the billing cycle if unused.
4. Fees, billing, and cancellation
Fees are charged through our payment provider and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorise recurring charges for your selected plan. Cancellation, renewal, refund, and early termination rights are governed by the agreed proposal, platform services description, and applicable consumer law.
5. User data and consent
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and quality of data you provide. By creating an account, completing a profile, or accepting a meeting, you consent to meetmagic using and disclosing relevant business contact details and meeting information as needed to arrange, administer, and follow up on requested opportunities.
6. Platform availability
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but access may be affected by maintenance, internet services, hosting providers, or technical limitations. Except for non-excludable guarantees, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, scrape or resell access, reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, impersonate another person, send spam, or use meetmagic names or relationships for unsolicited cold calling or unauthorised direct marketing.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, content, designs, software, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to meetmagic or its licensors. You receive only the limited rights needed to use the platform for its intended purpose.
9. Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, meetmagic is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business interruption losses. You indemnify meetmagic and its suppliers for losses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or unlawful data you provide.
